Chicago baseball fans are traditionally loyal to either the Cubs or White Sox. It’s a classic North Side vs. South Side rivalry that has lasted more than a century. This year’s Crosstown series is just over a week away with the first game to be played at U.S. Cellular on Monday, July 25th. For the occasion we have created a Crosstown Classics tour with Vamonde.

In our tour, people can follow the tracks across town from old Comiskey to Wrigleyville on CTA’s Red Line and learn about the moments and landmarks that have inspired lasting emotions and allegiances from Chicago legends Minnie Miñoso and Bill Veeck. Visit both ballparks and see some of Media Burn’s favorite videos of Chicago greats, plus get a video to keep you company on the Red Line in between!

| While we hope you can join us for the tour in Chicago, and visit the places where these videos were made, you can also do the tour virtually instead. Maybe you didn’t get tickets to the games or happen to be somewhere else in the world.
