A rough cut of a program profiling several Community Development Organizations that help people in rural areas of the U.S. These organizations provide people with business, and personal assistance by helping to secure grants, low-interest loans, and financial counseling. Included are organizations in Maine, Louisiana, California, and West Virginia.
