1:16 Ben visits a steppin’ dance club on the South Side. He talks to the manager, some of the dancers, and learns the dance. 

6:00 Cut to black. 

7:00 Ben visits a Chicago Fire station, and works out with them in their basement health center. They tell him the history of the building. He talks to the fireman, including a man who immigrated from Romania under difficult circumstances. He spends the night in the firehouse. He wakes up and goes on a call with them in the middle of the night. 

11:10 Ben does a “Ben Cam” section while he visits a man who makes lights out of appliances. 

14:59 Cut to black. 

16:00 Ben visits a family that grows heirloom seeds, or old style seeds that are rare or endangered. He tastes the produce and talks with the family. 

20:00 Ben visits a press conference with the actor and playwright Steve Martin. Ben asks him to reflect some of his stand up comedy history in Chicago, and about the play he wrote. He then asks Martin some silly questions. 

22:58 Cut to black. 

24:00 He talks to some men working on the streets of Chicago. 

25:30 Ben closes the show. Credits.
