3:04 Ben goes to the Viacom Entertainment Store. They sell merchandise from Nickelodeon TV shows. He plays with some of the decorations and products. The manager explains some of the stuff they have. 

6:58 Ben visits Custom Locomotive, a company that makes trains and trolleys of all sizes, from models to mall trains. He talks to different employees about the kind of trains they make, and they show him different models and designs. They talk about the history of trains and trolleys in the United States. 

10:58 Cut to black. 

11:58 Ben goes to the locomotive testing facility for Custom Locomotive in the backyard of one of the employees. He talks about laying the tracks and how they use it to test. Ben rides on a couple trains. His mother talks about his love for trains. 

14:25 Ben does an Instant Talk Show segment for the 10 year anniversary of the Museum of Broadcast Communications. He talks to Betty White and Barbara Billingsley, among others. They talk about Chicago, their careers, and favorite moments in broadcast history.

20:48 Ben goes back to the Viacom store to talk to the Star Trek employees. They explain their roles and gallery of Star Trek merchandise. They talk to some role-playing customers.
