Tom Weinberg, John Callaway, and Skip Blumberg go to Orange, Massachusetts to interview Gene Tencza for "None of the Above," a program featuring discussions with non-voters. This tape, however, is not the raw footage for the actual tape, it is Tom's documentation of the trip.
In this tape, Tom shoots the travelling and the downtime as well as Blumberg and Callaway at work shooting the tape.
