2:58Copy video clip URL Audio comes in. Cut to Howard Zinn walking out of his house. They all get in the car and start to drive. Zinn talks about reviewers and about their drive. He talks about Allen Ginsberg.

14:00Copy video clip URL He continues to give directions, and mentions how he thinks working in film is great. He says that at the event they are heading to, he is speaking about the “uses of history.” He talks about a show in production with HBO that he pre-read the script for. 

18:45Copy video clip URL They arrive at Harvard and start looking for parking. They park and start to walk to the area where Zinn will be speaking. Zinn points out places around the campus that are of interest to him. They see some street musicians performing. He continues to direct them towards the place he will be speaking.

40:40Copy video clip URL They arrive at the venue. Zinn says he feels a little worried that there won’t be many people there because he is not sure it was well publicized. He comes in to see many students crowded into a small classroom. A student introduces Zinn, and he begins to speak and ask the group questions. 

47:55Copy video clip URL He asks the students if they have questions for him. One student asks about his experience in the south, and he explains how he became involved in the Civil Rights Movement, and talks about the books he wrote on the topic.
