She claims that Clinton’s passage of welfare reform hurt children for his own political gain, which is the reason why she is not voting for him. She speaks of how public policy affects those at the bottom the most.

She outlines scandals that both candidates are involved in along these lines. She says that campaign finance reform is the only way to solve this.
