Raw footage for The 90's election specials. 1992 Democratic National Convention, Wednesday #1 in New York. On the third day of the convention, the Governor Bill Clinton staff begin to make predictions on where the winning votes will come from. On television in their trailer they watch Jerry Brown give his speech.

Hart expresses that while other staffers need to be available when those on the floor encounter problems, he has to be the single voice barking orders.
