The crowd gets rowdy and makes it difficult for David Tkac and Adrian Bryant to address them. Tkac compares photographs of the Cabrini-Green intersections with sketches of proposed redevelopment for the intersections. Also in the video are interviews with journalists and residents.

They discuss the CHA, the gang truce, and their opinions about the Cabrini-Green redevelopment. Tammy Smith enters the interview and shares the other women’s sentiments.
