Female impersonator John "Jyneen" Simms. Simms leads a dual life as a construction worker and as a stripper. He is male, but has artificial breast implants and dresses up as a woman for private parties. "It started out as a joke about five years ago and now I spend more time with a dress on than pants. I do all private parties. I'm not gay, believe it or not. This is business and that's how I attack it, strictly business and it's not really a lifestyle. If I'm out working, I'm not really running around with a dress on. Although sometimes it's easier...I could almost be a real life Tootsie, although I think I carried it a little further with the boob job...I'm a guy. The bottom plumbing works, but I make my living wearing a dress."

He explains that he is a stripper and says that the job originally started out as a joke. Simms states that he is a man even though he has a pair of breast implants. We then follow Simms out to the back to take a few measurements for a porch that he is building for his friend’s family, who he currently lives with.

If I’m not working, I’m not running around with a dress on, although sometimes it’s easier.” The filmmaker asks Simms a number of other questions about his profession and gender. This lasts for several minutes.

Seconds later, Simms is seen in his female attire putting on make up. While applying his blush, Simms talks about the benefits of being a woman, including getting out of speeding tickets, free drinks, and a number of other perks. Simms tells a story about a time when a state trooper helped him changed a tire. Simms also talks about his family. He only talks to one brother because of his family’s nonacceptance of Simms’ way of life. Simms goes on to say that people of opposite genders often wonder what it would be like in the other gender’s shoes. We continue to watch Simms as he gets ready for work.

Anything I’ve ever needed probably he’s one of the few people I can count on to be a lifesaver.” The man explains that he and Simms have been friends since high school. Simms and the family continue to talk about his appearance. The children also comment on Simms’ appearance.

He makes a few comments about sexual harassment in the workplace before talking about some of the things he does during his performances. He also describes flashing a truck driver on the highway.
