0:50 Slower shots of Atlanta. Martin Luther King plaque. Black people in impoverished looking areas. Music with voice repeating that Atlanta has won the opportunity to host the 1996 summer Olympics. Almost all shots are from a car window while driving.

3:50 Return to the visual aesthetic of the opening shots. Text explains that by 1996 more than half of the residents shown in the tape will be relocated for the construction of the Olympic Village.
