L.A. “Trash” tape

This tape features footage that had been taped off of Los Angeles and Chicago TV stations during the production of TVTV's "Adland."

02:28Copy video clip URL Cut to footage from the Chicago television program “Stars of Tomorrow” airing on WCIU. Singer Phil Loman performs “I Hear You Knockin” live on the program. The video quality is poor and remains that way for the duration of the tape.

10:13Copy video clip URL Cut to the close of “Stars of Tomorrow.” Lillard asks for donations and gives a preview of next week’s show as Loman perorms another song. Lillard eventually joins Loman on stage.

13:11Copy video clip URL Cut to the beginning of the show “All Star Wrestling.” This is then followed by footage from an ABC Wide World of Sports broadcast. We watch a few minutes worth of footage of a UCLA/North Carolina State basketball game. There is footage of a brief interview with NBA Legend Bill Russell who was in attendance for the game.
