This tape features raw footage for the political documentary "None of the Above," an in depth ethnographic look at non voting citizens in the U.S. This tape contains b-roll footage of the RePass family attending one of their children's soccer games and Frank playing street chess in downtown New Orleans. Frank #5.

23:21Copy video clip URL Cut to footage of Frank RePass playing street chess in downtown New Orleans. Many onlookers watch as Frank faces a rather strong opponent. Frank goes on to lose after quite an intense game. He then begins to play with his friend Harold, a professional street chess player. The two go through two games before calling it quits. Frank goes on to talk about his love for the game of chess, being a mentor to Harold, and their friendship. This lasts for the remainder of the tape.
