This is a video of an informal meeting of the People for Community Recovery, an environmentalist organization based out of Altgeld Gardens in the Far South-East Side of Chicago.

They seem to be in a shop of some sort and the room says something briefly about the Chicago Housing Authority. The woman who is monologuing is very angry. Lead poisoning is discussed.
