The videomaker follows a delivery man for Riteway around Manhattan, learning about the service his company provides–door-to-door cloth diaper service. He also interviews mothers in their apartments and Central Park about their reasons for choosing to use cloth diapers and this service (their reasons were mostly environmental).

    This Canadian program is self-described as a video magazine that brings the MTV aesthetic–quick cuts, stylized imagery, skewed camera angles, music–to intellectual and educational programming. The show focuses on liberal and human rights issues such as media control, poor conditions for blacks in South Africa, etc.

    [Chicago Slices raw: Women’s Action Coalition]

    Raw footage for “Chicago Slices,” a television series about life in Chicagoland. This video focuses on the Women’s Action Coalition (WAC), an organization focused around women’s issues. Videomaker Skip Blumberg tapes a WAC gathering at Carpenter and Huron in the West Loop where participants with homemade instruments play in a drum circle, and also interviews many of them about their beliefs and their cause.
